It’s hard to see in the photo, but it’s an embossed wrinkle. The sleeves and bottom are cut off sharply, but only the neck area is finished. So the neck area feels thick and prominent, which can make the chest look bigger. However, if you have broad shoulders and thick arms, it can be a bit of a problem.
