Many of these devices are digital in, analogue out, but i needed the other way, to connect an analogue cd player into a spdif input on a mixing console. I plugged it in, and it worked, you can’t ask for more than that, can you? What you see in their picture is what you get.

Works, and sound quality is ok. One flaw – it consumes such small amount of energy, that power bank turns off power after a minute, thinking nothing is connected. May be using a dual usb cable or other power bank could help.
