    I loved this purchase it’s massage with warm heat around your eye area. It’s a product to use when you are having difficult day of work. It’s very relaxing

    Bought a non-vibrating model. It is exactly as shown. The headband is comfortable. I felt like it required a high amp-rated usb connection for the highest heat setting. 3a or higher.

    Works great is what i needed. Dry winters causes dry eyes the warm press ans vibration help to liquid the clogged oils in the eye lids. I put a hot damp compress on my eyes and add the mask on top to keep the samp cloth warm it helps to clean ou the dry eyes

    Contact with the skin is not necessary, I have to squeeze it with my hand. The vibration is very gentle. It does not come with a charger head, it must be connected to work and the cable is short.
