If the connection fails, first press and hold the reset button next to the card slot on the back of the camera for 8 seconds. Hearing a beep indicates a successful restart. Then follow the connection video to reconnect.

Well wasn’t expecting much from this camera but it works and not that bad to be honest, and to top it off the tracking function actually works, the fixed camera is not great quality, the ptz camera is useable the night vision is better than expecting and when it turns on normal night light the picture is good too
