If you had signed, and found goods broken, pls ask delivery company to open a prove that goods come with broken. why do this, because delivery company never take responsibility for their mistake. and we suffer big lost!

D. please get parcel on time.

E.if parcel hold in customs, buyer did not help clearance, like offer invoice to customs; or parcel arrived but did not take it, then being sent back. we did not have responsibility to pay the ship cost back to China, more than USD70.
