Arrived quickly, packaged in box with bubble wrap around major components. Adapter was included, is not a generic one as it delivers 8.4v so be careful to not misplace it… The foot switch gives good feedback when pressed, then there is a little delay before the weld is applied. All wires except charging adapter are fixed to the box, welding leads are nice and thick. Tested it on the lowest setting and that welds a little piece of the included nickel strip successfully to itself. Don’t let battery drain below 7.3v and don’t use it while it’s charging! Good unit for the price range, excellent for small jobs.

I am from Korea, and I think this is the best spot machine I have ever used. When I received the product and turned it on, it showed 8.25v. In that state, when I tried spotting at 0.1mm 3.5ps, it was fantastic. If you upload more, it will be delayed. ^^ Since it’s a US adapter product, I understand it was sold cheaply, but you only need to plug in the 220V conversion socket. However, the adapter looks very cheap. 8.74v is displayed. I think there won’t be a big problem if you buy a better adapter and install it. It’s a method of charging the internal battery to hit the spot, but I’m not sure about the battery lifespan. I believe there will be no major issues for regular users. ^^

Surprised by its power! Very very good, more than sufficient for welding 18650 batteries, very resistant welding. With its pedal, it’s a plus that I appreciate. However, the cords between the case and the tips are slightly small which can sometimes be inconvenient for soldering, but overall I recommend it.
