First connected to the modified Chario speakers, used a phone with a music collection via Bluetooth as a source. Turned it on, and then I realized that my ears were slowly starting to curl into tubes! But I decided to check different sources to be closer to objectivity. About 20 minutes passed after connecting the device to the network, and then I noticed that the device got slightly warm. I connected Spotify, and that’s where I sat down for a bit. I drove around for about half an hour on Spotify, I decided not to settle for what was achieved, and connected the Onkyo SD player. Then I connected the Monitor Audio to the floor speakers. I do like the build quality and also the sound quality is more then acceptable. To operate the unit is very simple, it has a nice and simple but effective settings menu. And also the original aiyima 48v 10a power adapter that i ordered separately seems to be build conform the same quality standards. I do advice those items to anyone that wants to buy good quality audio for a reasonable price.

Receiver looks great and sounds good. Has a few cool options and works well as a bluetooth receiver. As an amplifier.. meh .. The box says it’s 48 volts and the order says it’s 48 volts but the unit says it’s 24 volts which drops its power output by half.

This amplifier is a little gem. The audio performance is already praised in multiple reviews. But obviously there has been a firmware update recently, that added a 4th vu style – orange meters, styled like the one on the t9. And setting changes like volume trigger a big display so it can be seen from a distance. All that is not shown in the reviews so far and are really useful. Bt connection ability after switching still might be a mixed bag. Sometimes have to turn off/on the a80 to regain bt connectivity. But when established, the connection is stable, even at a distance. I have 48/5 power supply and 2x 120w speakers. Plenty enough for a living room with ample of headroom. Idle power around 5-10w, gets about 45 ° C during “room level” use. And don’t mess around with opamps. The ones built in are as great performers as all the expensive alternatives. Doing a blind test easily reveals the expectation bias on all this voodoo. A big thumbs-up to the product. Get one!

I used DAC, AMP, and preamp separately, but now that they are integrated into one, the space and cables are significantly reduced, so I’m satisfied!! ! USB sound is automatically installed based on Windows 11, supports bit and sample rate specifications, so it’s safe to use normally. Although there is a 48V 5A adapter, TPA3255 components tend to generate a lot of heat when used with this, so I mainly used a 36V 5A adapter. I don’t even know the difference between 48V and tone, but even with this, the output is amazing… Unless high output is required or there is a separate cooling fan, it seems better not to use a 48V adapter with the TPA3255 regardless of the model. I am using a 36V 5A adapter with the AIYIMA A80, and after 2 hours, the surface temperature of the case is stable at 37 degrees. I use the NJW series electronic volume chip, but products that use it tend to have an overly bright sound. Can the middle position be slightly adjusted? Therefore, we recommend using the warm tone side of the OPAMP. Another downside is that the RAV4 Meta needs to be at a certain level of height to move properly. It would have been even better if it had some user customization options. Ah… I’m having trouble using the remote control because I’m not sure if its frequency matches my home’s smart lights.

With 36v power supply is not very hot. Power is very high, even on 36v, no need more voltage. Output controll is imressive, low end is very quick and my tannov v1 go little bit lower than on aiyima a07pro, i can feeling higher damping factor, lower output impedance. The only one minor minus is that vu metter is not sensitible on low power, it is not moving. Would be nice if it cold be switched to input measure.

If the sound quality deteriorates after a few minutes of USB connection, please take the following actions. In my computer management, go to device manager. Please do not intervene by removing the power management check from the USB item in the USB Universal Serial Bus Controller section to manage the power of the amplifier. The heat generation has significantly decreased by using a thermal pad with either a heat sink on top or a CPU cooler that doesn’t use one. I purchased it for around 165,000 won and I am very satisfied. I had a hard time fixing the USB sound quality issue. To prevent sleep mode due to power management, remove the advanced power settings and USB power saving items from the control panel. It’s much better now. Electronic products generate heat naturally. Please make sure to attach a heat sink as it reduces lifespan and weakens durability.

The device is supposed to replace a much larger receiver model from the Home-Movie era. I operate the amplifier with heavy ELAC FS.208.2, not at disco volume. The sound is crystal clear, extremely dynamic. My ELAC Jethocht speakers love the new amplifier, my neighbors hate it because of the deep bass. Center speaker is no longer needed as the stereo signal is distributed so cleanly that the instruments can be clearly located in the room, something my old receiver couldn’t do. So the A80 beats my old very elaborate receiver (in stereo operation), I don’t want to share this information and hope that many others still have the opportunity to get the amplifier at this price. Some minor issues, very low heat generation at normal volume. I love my old multichannel receiver but the new amplifier simply plays better … I have so much fun with the new amplifier – Thank you 🙂

With the original op amps, the stage sounds good but not very wide. The neutral sound can be adjusted with the EQ which works very well. I changed the op amps to Alikam LC05, the horizontal version. The sound is wider and more fun, improving the speed of the basses and making the vocals very pleasant. The treble doesn’t hurt; better with LC05.

Today I received my sound amplifier, the delivery was very fast. The amplifier was not packaged well; the box arrived in a simple plastic bag. The only thing that can be criticized is the declared power. My Yamaha with a total power of 250w is much more powerful than these 300w. to the channel. But there are no complaints about the sound quality, and the power is still more than sufficient. I listened to Yamaha at 25% volume, and Aiyima at 50%.
