It is amazing, very comfortable relaxing massage and really reaches 55 c i bought as a suggestion of my rue doctor i don’t know yet if will help with my dry eyes i hope so, but i like yhe product very much.

This product looks exactly like the original one, so it’s hard to tell which is genuine. The manual is not detailed enough. First of all, there is a rechargeable battery in a place that looks like a remote control. If you plug in an old USB charging cable there and charge it, the charging percentage will appear from 1% to 100%. Once fully charged, the 100% disappears. And you can use it by plugging it into the charging port on the eye mask body.

Great item, it gives a massage that leaves that whole area relaxed and the heat is very pleasant, I really liked it. The communication with the seller was fantastic. Now we come to shipping and delivery, shipping on time, nothing to say, the carrier Amazon, disastrous, 15 days behind the item, they don’t have a contact phone number, there is one phone number they give you that is paid and another that comes that is for calling them. I don’t want anything that Amazon has to deliver to me.
