    It took a while to work out operation. The earbuds came fully charged and have touch sensitive surfaces. I pressed those to link them, and they worked right away. I put the case on charge for a long time before it responded, but now it works. It seems to lose charge very fast. Sound quality is a bit lacking in bass, but not bad. The controls the manual said didn’t seem to work, all i’ve managed is tap right to pause and left to resume . I may just be bad at doing this.

    It arrived super fast, I loved it… the outer box was just tight but everything else was excellent. The gadgets really sound super loud, but it’s hard to connect them to my phone, I don’t know if it’s because mine is very old 🤭 but super recommended.

    I didn’t think these headphones would go that far and they sound really good. Not as good as others but they fulfill their purpose. Plus, I earned them in the magical garden.

    It does exactly as described. The volume is high and i can hear just fine one tick up from mute! If you are older, like me, and your hearing is poor it is fantastic! If you do not have any hearing loss, if you have auditory sensitive or simply exceptional hearing, it may be too much. To be fair to the manufacturer, i did not check to see if the earbuds themselves were on max volume unrelated to the device it is paired with. I messaged a friend to call me so that i could check the quality of the microphone but when was finally able to call back, the earbuds were charging. Hopefully there is a way to edit a review to answer these questions after i have had the opportunity to check! Ear buds are comfortable and stay in place even when i am laying on my side! I am very happy with this set and plan to order again.

    The product had a malfunction so it did not work , more specific, just one earplug worked. But the customer service followed up and sorted the issue as best as they could , so i will give them a 5 star just for that
