    Excellent reel, no comments… I was waiting to test it there to give my opinion, I made several large captures with it… The only thing that is not true is the line capacity that says it supports on the spool; the spool itself fit exactly 150 meters of 0.8 line.

    This particular reel is very good for light lures and has held together well with over a years heavy almost daily use…used on the american and sacramento rivers for trout, bass and pike minnows… Smooth and comes with 2 spools… This is my 3rd reel. I can swap line sizes or reels(on the water) if i gum up the reel with algae or debris… or want a smaller or larger line size in a particular reel… The spin up speed and reaction is very good for the sized spool it has… Very little effort to start the spool spinning and smooth long casts. The one caveat is there is a small gap between spool and frame where line gets caught sometimes…

    I’m fishing for squid and cockles and I’m satisfied using it… It’s really light and operates without any drag issues… No major problems at all. I’m using it by switching to a power handle.
