Best purchase ever. The order was processed quickly and came as described. I love that it has three heat settings (my fave is medium) and three timer settings. In saying that, it has automatic shutdown, which is great because i’ve fallen asleep more than once while wearing this heated eye mask. I bought this because i was getting tired of using my microwaveable eye heat pack that i got from my optometrist. This is a plugged in heated eye mask only—it is not a massager, as the ad says, take note. I’ve been using this every night as therapy for my clogged tear ducts. It is helping because i have noticed less dry eye sensations and a clearer vision, too.

I liked the lowest temperature setting; the outer cover has a zipper so it can be washed. Good product and comfortable when worn on the eyes.
